Work Pattern
Working Days: Monday to Friday
School Timings: 07.20 A.M. to 01.30 P.M
Some Saturdays will be used for extra classes, co-curricular activities, seminars, workshops, Parent Teacher Meet etc.
Assessment
No formal tests are conducted for the primary section.
After every topic a review is done and the performance of the student is noted. The aim is to ensure that the students have understood the course work and do not resort to rote learning. Thus, the students are continuously assessed and all subject teachers give a detailed report at the end of every term.
The class teacher, head of the junior section and the principal continuously monitor each child's performance. Recommendations are issued on a weekly basis to encourage the children to excel in academics.
Certificates and medals are awarded at the end of the year to the most promising students.
OUR RULES
The school uniform is compulsory on all working days and school functions.
Only English should be spoken within school premises.
Students should come to school, clean and tidy.
Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without the written permission of the principal
Hair should be well trimmed and combed. (as per the instructions given)
No gifts to the teacher is allowed without the previous consent of the school authorities
Students must be punctual for class on every working day.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or misconduct, which is injurious to the moral tone of the school will justify dismissal.
It is forbidden to write or scribble on the walls, desks etc., throw paper or splash ink in classrooms or cause damages to the school properties.
Students are advised not to bring any valuable articles like electronic gadgets etc., to school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of student's belongings.
Every student must take part in school games and other activities unless declared physically unfit or exempted by the Principal.
Parents are requested to read the rules carefully and see that they are followed. Please note that the rules are subject to modification in the interest of the student and the school.
Parents are requested to co-operate in the school work by taking daily interest in the progress of their children and enforcing regularity punctuality and discipline.
Parents who seek information or who wish to make complaints should do so to the Principal and not to the class teacher.
